Q-Series Forklift Latent ROBOT

Automated Guided Forklift with Lifting and Lowering Capabilities

The Q-Series Forklift Latent Robot is a cutting-edge innovation that combines the agility of an LMR with the direct pallet-lifting capability of an FMR. Featuring an ultra-low profile design at just 190 mm in height and integrated forks, it can glide underneath and lift pallets instantly without the need for additional racks. This ensures the rapid transport of both standard and custom pallets, powered by an intelligent navigation system with switchable modes, including L-SLAM, V-SLAM, and QR Code.

High-Performance QFR Robotics

  • Hybrid FMR + LMR combines LMR agility with FMR lifting power, eliminating the need for extra racks or stations.
  • Superior narrow-space agility via a 1,640 mm pivot-turn radius, outperforming conventional FMRs.
  • Speeds of 1.8 – 2.0 m/s outperform standard robots, significantly boosting warehouse throughput.
  • Lifting height of up to 333 mm, allowing for the effortless handling of pallets with varying base heights and specifications.
  • Reliable multi-mode navigation (Laser/Visual SLAM, 2D Barcode) for stable operations in dynamic environments.
  • Direct Floor-Level Lifting pallets directly from the floor without the need for specialized racking or under-rack entry.
  • Automatically connects with external systems like ground roller conveyors and freight elevators for a fully automated workflow.
  • Features high-level safety sensors for pallet-in-position detection and fork collision prevention.
  • Provides 6–8 hours of continuous operation with a fast charging time of ≤ 1.5 hours.

Usage Scenarios for QFR

Pallet Rack

QFR can operate with high precision in pallet racking systems if there is enough clearance below the racks, the rack height matches its lifting capacity, and the aisle width accommodates its turning radius.

Drive-in Rack

QFR can effectively operate in high-density Drive-In storage systems with few SKUs, as long as the racking width, space between racks, and FIFO or FILO conditions are properly managed.
