AGV LMR System Design and Development Project This project involves the deployment of two LMR-type AGV vehicles to support the expansion of the e-commerce business, enabling efficient transport, picking, storage, and delivery of products according to customer orders. The AGVs operate across more than 28 shelving units, with optimized travel routes designed for simple, fast, and efficient operation. By strategically separating Receiving Stations and Picking Stations, the system significantly reduces both picking time and manpower requirements, enhancing overall operational efficiency.
