Project for Production Capacity Expansion and Long-Term Warehouse Cost Optimization. This project aims to increase production capacity while reducing long-term warehouse operating costs through the construction of a new warehouse on a greenfield site. The warehouse is designed and planned with a fully integrated operational workflow covering pallet sales, modern trade, branch distribution, online sales, and goods receiving services. The system utilizes three automated stacker cranes to ensure continuous and precise material handling from receiving goods from trailers to storing them in double-deep racking. Operations such as order picking, sorting, stock counting, and split case picking can all be efficiently managed across 9,876 storage locations. Additionally, the use of two AGV robots enhances internal logistics by autonomously transporting goods between pick-up and drop-off points. The integration of Auto Wrap stations further boosts packaging efficiency enabling seamless, fully automated wrapping without manual labor, improving workflow continuity throughout the packing process.
