New Factory Expansion Project for CPF Restaurant & Food Chain Franchise This project involved the expansion of a new factory to support a 100% increase in production capacity for one of CPF Restaurant & Food Chain’s prominent franchises, operating in Thailand for over 30 years. The ASRS automated warehouse stores packaging materials and other essential items needed to expand franchises across the Northeastern region, targeting 6,000 branches nationwide. The system features Double Deep racking to accommodate a variety of products, one automated stacker crane to manage 136 pallet withdrawals, and lift systems to feed items onto conveyor lines, enhancing storage efficiency and maintaining material quality.
