Challenging Automated Warehouse Project for High-Density Chemical Storage ne of our most challenging projects involved designing, planning, and developing a high-efficiency automated warehouse system (ASRS) under the goal of maximizing storage capacity within an existing building. The project also integrated the client’s existing ERP system with the new WMS, ensuring seamless operation with the newly installed machinery. The warehouse stores biochemical and flammable materials, requiring strict adherence to public company standards for safety, quality, and operational efficiency. Structural modifications were made to reinforce the building, supporting pallets weighing over 1,250 kg, with a storage capacity of 4,705 locations. The system uses only two automated stacker cranes for picking and replenishment, and includes a fire protection system with ceiling-mounted sprinklers, significantly enhancing safety. The solution delivers highly efficient, secure, and client-focused automated storage.
