Automated Warehouse Project for Finished Starch Products. This project focuses on the storage of finished goods derived from enzymatically processed cassava starch, including glucose syrup, maltose syrup, fructose syrup, maltodextrin, and cassava starch, prepared for distribution in paper bag packaging across 2,198 locations, with individual pallet weights exceeding 700 kg. As these are controlled substances, storage must occur in a regulated environment with international standard quality management to ensure maximum safety. To achieve this, the system employs four automated stacker cranes and one set of RGV vehicles to handle pallets, storing them in Double Deep racking according to engineering and factory standards.
