The solution is specifically developed to optimize finished goods storage within the existing warehouse layout — maintaining the same height and footprint, yet doubling the storage capacity compared to conventional Semi-Automated Shuttle Rack systems. By re-engineering the former AGV transport routes, the system now integrates seamlessly with the 4-Way Shuttle, supported by two vertical lifts and more than seven shuttle vehicles. The result is a truly “Smart Warehouse 4.0 Full Automation” system that is efficient, cost-effective, and precisely tailored to operational needs.
