An End-to-End Warehouse Automation Project from Design to System Integration.
This project provided us the opportunity to be involved from start to finish from warehouse design and layout planning to the development of both machinery and software systems. The key objective was to integrate all production processes into a unified and efficient workflow, while maximizing storage capacity within the existing building. The solution included custom-designed pallets precisely tailored for molds, raw materials, and WIP products, supporting the seamless transfer of goods through more than seven AGV-FMR vehicles and additional RGV transport systems. With 3,804 storage locations managed by three automated stacker cranes, the warehouse now enables efficient retrieval, minimizes human error in picking and locating goods, and eliminates redundant processes significantly reducing labor, material handling costs, and production delays.
