FORKLIFT MOBILE ROBOT

Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) Forklift with Navigation System

High-Performance FMR Robotics

The Forklift Mobile Robot (FMR) is an innovative intelligent lifting solution that integrates AMR technology with Laser SLAM navigation, enabling autonomous and precise movement without the need for floor-mounted infrastructure. Featuring a highly agile steering wheel driving system, it operates seamlessly in aisles as narrow as 2.7 mm. With a maximum load capacity of 1,600 kg, a lifting height of up to 3,000 mm, and a peak lifting speed of 150 mm/s, the FMR is designed to elevate warehouse management to full automation and peak efficiency.

  • Intelligent Laser SLAM Enables precise autonomous navigation through virtual mapping, eliminating the need for any facility environment changes.
  • Engineered for stability, safety, and high-precision handling of loads up to 1,600 kg.
  • Agile Steering Wheel Driving Features a high-maneuverability driving system that operates efficiently in narrow aisles with a minimum width of only 2.7 meters.
  • 3,000 mm Max Lifting Height Sensor driven precision for high reach vertical storage.
  • Ensures steady, 24/7 productivity with lifting speeds of 120 mm/s (loaded)
  • and up to 150 mm/s (unloaded).
  • Auto-Charging system that automatically returns the robot to its station when the battery is low, ensuring round-the-clock uptime.
  • 360° Safety Protection Advanced sensors provide full detection, allowing the robot to instantly react and stop for any obstacles or personnel.
  • Direct WMS/ERP system Integration connectivity ensures 100% accuracy and eliminates human error in material handling.
  • Intelligent Precision Steering for precise docking in narrow aisles, significantly reducing collision risks.

Usage Scenarios for FMR

Pallet Rack

FMR can operate with high precision in pallet racking systems if there is enough clearance below the racks, the rack height matches its lifting capacity, and the aisle width allows for its turning radius.

Drive-in Rack

FMR can efficiently work in high-density Drive-In storage systems with few SKUs, as long as the racking width, space between racks, and FIFO or FILO inventory conditions are suitable.
