Lift Conveyor System

Lift Conveyor System is a conveyor system suitable for all types of industrial factories and transportation systems.

A Lift Conveyor system is a conveyor device that uses a lift to move items or materials vertically from a lower position to a higher one. It can handle heavy loads and transport all kinds of items or materials, such as food, rubber, boxes, etc.

There are 3 types of Lift Conveyor systems:

1. X-Lift Conveyor System

X-Lift Conveyor System (X-shaped): The X-Lift conveyor system is used to move items or materials vertically from a lower position to a higher one. The transfer process begins when the items or materials are placed on the lift conveyor, and hydraulic pressure pushes the lift up, creating an X-like shape. The system can also use a screw jack to lift the conveyor, supporting heavy loads. This type is suitable for operations that require vertical movement.

2. Vertical-Lift Conveyor System Type Z

Vertical-Lift Type Z (Z-shaped): The Vertical-Lift Type Z conveyor system is used to move items or materials vertically. The transfer process starts when items or materials are placed on the lift conveyor, and the motor drives the chain to move them from the lower position to the higher one. Once they reach the destination, the support platform will move the items out of the lift on the opposite side (items enter the lift on the right and exit on the left at the destination). This system can handle heavy loads and is suitable for operations requiring vertical movement.

3. Vertical-Lift Conveyor System Type C

Vertical-Lift Type C Conveyor System (C-shaped): The Vertical-Lift Type C conveyor system is used to transport items or materials vertically. The transfer process begins when the items or materials are placed on the lift conveyor, and the motor drives the chain to move the items from the lower position to the higher one. Once they reach the destination, the support platform moves the items out of the lift on the same side as the entry (items enter the lift on the right, and when the lift reaches the destination, the items exit on the right as well). It can handle heavy loads.
